How to Return

2. We'll provide you with return instructions and our return address
3. Pack your items securely in the original packaging if possible
4. Ship it back to the address provided
5. Get your refund within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• In original packaging (if available)

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or washed.

Exchanges

Want to try a different gradient? We offer free exchanges! Simply follow the return process above and let us know which color you'd like instead. We'll ship your new pair as soon as we receive your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
